As Senior Academic Administrator, Chantal Galvan oversees all aspects of academic administration, including graduate admissions, teaching and coordination, and examinations. She leads the academic administration team, ensuring compliance with University policies and the effective delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Working in close partnership with academics and administrative colleagues across the Faculty and the wider University, Chantal streamlines processes, enhances the student experience, and contribute to strategic academic planning within the Humanities Division.

Whether you’re facing academic, administrative, or personal challenges, you’re welcome to come and talk in confidence. These sessions are designed to give you a space to speak openly — no need to inform your supervisor/tutor beforehand. All conversations will be handled discreetly and with sensitivity. No appointment is necessary — just drop in.
