SPEAKER’S LECTURES IN BIBLICAL STUDIES 2013-14

Gary A. Anderson (Senior Research Visiting Fellow, Keble College and Hesburgh Professor of Catholic Theology, University of Notre Dame) will give the Speaker's Lectures in Biblical Studies 2013-14, entitled "The Tabernacle: What it means for God to dwell amid his people". Compassion in Healthcare

Dr Joshua Hordern has recently been awarded a Knowledge Exchange Fellowship for his project entitled ‘Compassion in Healthcare’. The award was made in a competitive funding exercise supported by HEIF (Higher Education Innovation Fund) and TORCH (The Oxford Research Centre in the Humanities) as part of the programme entitled ‘Humanities and the Public Good’.

One of the Faculty's graduate students, Tobias Tan, has co-organised a symposium to build upon the emerging anthropological and theological research on the entanglements between Christianity and development.
